Ustvarjalnik Youth Fund was born out of the belief that there are many individuals in Slovenia with exceptional talents who, because of their circumstances, have not had the opportunity to develop and use them. Society still forces the youth to choose traditional careers, most of which are harder and harder to get.

To choose the 10 most outstanding young people that sign up and offer them scholarship, mentorship, connections, and all the conditions to bring their ideas to fruition.

After the Fund’s first year in operation, one member received a scholarship to study in the United States, four established profitable companies, and one received an investment from abroad..

The purpose of Ustvarjalnik Youth Fund is to help the most talented young high school students to truly use their full potential.

This way their hobbies turn into a mission – one that not only makes a living, but also the fruits of their creativity are a contributing to our society. It does this by helping young people complete their first entrepreneurial projects, giving them the skills, experience and motivation that will give them the push to transform what they have done at a young age into a successful career.

According to its statute, Ustvarjalnik Youth Fund has three tasks:

1.

Every year, a group of the most talented high school students who develop their first entrepreneurial projects and are supported with a monthly allowance that makes them fully dedicated to their project.

2.

Allows all scholarship recipients to participate in a mentoring program through which young people receive mentors, contacts, and the means by which they can turn their first projects from a hobby to a business.

3.

Involves the young entrepreneurs involved individually with companies that support the Fund's work in order to maximize their employment.
Companies that support the Fund are given direct access to future staff and the opportunity to participate in the joint development of their ideas.
